Coming up next is our first breakfast class! We will be making breakfast sausage from scratch, bloody marys, and then a breakfast sandwich with that freshly made sausage on a bagel. A blueberry bagel!

The Chef:
This class will be taught by chef Adam Allison. Adam is a chopped champion (just like chef Aarthi and Chef Sharp) and the chef/owner of Handlebar Diner in Mesa, Arizona. He’s been in the restaurant business for over 15 years, graduated from Le Cordon Blue, has owned a few food trucks and has a keto meal prep company. I’ve been wanting to do a breakfast sausage class for a while now, so I am stoked that the idea excited him.
