Filipino Flash cocktail
Tiki cocktails were heavily influenced by Filipino bartenders. This one has rum, pineapple, lime, and ginger!
Special Equipment Needed:
Deep Fryer or Large Dutch Oven for frying the lumpia
Thermometer (instant read or candy thermometer)
Cocktail shaker w/ strainer
Ingredients: A list of exact quantities will be sent within 24 hours of signing up for the class
Vegetarians – Substitute sweet potato, tofu, napa cabbage and mung bean sprouts for the shrimp and pork
