Don’t miss out on the next Virtual Cooking Class I have put together. It’s going to be on Sunday, January 23rd at 12:30pm Eastern/9:30 am Pacific. This class will be taught by Chef Adam Allison, a Chopped Champion and the chef/owner of Handlebar Diner.
He will be teaching us how to make breakfast sausage from scratch. No special tools are required. You do not need to grind your own meat or stuff the meat into a casing.
After we make the sausage, we will be using it to make our breakfast. Eggs, cheese, a bagel (a blueberry bagel at that) and that delicious sausage. And since it is breakfast, we will be making bloody marys too.
