Don’t miss out on our next Virtual Cooking Class! It’s going to be on Sunday, January 30th at 1pm Eastern. This class will be taught by Chef Armani Johnson, Esquire Magazine’s 2020 Rising Chef of the Year.
We will be making fried fish sandwiches. We are going to make that tartar sauce from scratch, and a killer all-purpose spice blend. Vegetarians, you can fry up eggplant in place of the fish.
And since we are already deep frying, chef Armani decided we should go ahead and make some potato chips. I can’t wait for this class.
