  • (1) 12oz bottle Frank’s red hot sauce

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder

  • 4 ounces of PBR

How to Make Buffalo Wing Sauce

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir with a spatula often to keep the garlic powder from sticking to the bottom. Bring to a simmer and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring every minute or two. Remove from heat and set to the side until you need to sauce your wings and/or cauliflower. 

Note: Depending on how far in advance you make the sauce, you may need to put it back on the heat and reincorporate everything with a good stir or whisk before saucing chicken wings or cauliflower.
