Total time: 7 minutes
Ingredients List
(1) 12oz bottle Frank’s red hot sauce
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons garlic powder
4 ounces of PBR
How to Make Buffalo Wing Sauce
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir with a spatula often to keep the garlic powder from sticking to the bottom. Bring to a simmer and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring every minute or two. Remove from heat and set to the side until you need to sauce your wings and/or cauliflower.
Note: Depending on how far in advance you make the sauce, you may need to put it back on the heat and reincorporate everything with a good stir or whisk before saucing chicken wings or cauliflower.
