How to Make Hand Whipped Chantilly Cream
Step 1
Add the cream to the cold bowl. Add the rest of ingredient to the bowl and whisk away. You aren’t whisking around the sides of the bowl in a circular motion. You are just going back and forth to try to whip as much air into the fat as possible. Whip until you get a medium peak.
