Tartar Sauce

1/4th of a english cucumber
1/2 of a lemon
1 tablespoon sweet relish
1/2 tablespoon mustard
1 cup mayo
2 tablespoons roughly chopped fresh dill

How to Make Tartar Sauce
Step 1
Grate the cucumber on the smaller holes of the box grater (we used the ones on the opposite side of the large holes you probably almost always use) in a bowl. Add the lemon juice, sweet relish, mustard, mayo and dill to the bowl. Stir well to incorporate. Season with a small pinch of salt.
